Our matcha is carefully selected from multiple renowned tea-growing regions across Japan.Each area contributes a unique character — from the refined smoothness of Uji to the vibrant aroma of Okabe.Together, they create a blend that is balanced, rich, and deeply rooted in tradition.

Shizuoka

Japan’s leading tea region, blessed with mountain slopes, river mists, and rich soil. Known for its clean, balanced flavor — a harmony of umami and subtle bitterness.

Uji, Kyoto

The spiritual home of Japanese matcha. With centuries of tea-making heritage, Uji is renowned for its deep flavor and refined aroma.

Kagoshima

A southern tea region known for its vibrant leaves and bold, smooth taste. Its warm climate and volcanic soil create a distinct and modern matcha profile.

Izumo, Shimane
